Prices, Shipping, & Delivery Time

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped from California within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-3 days. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify info@brokenpromisesco.com and provide your order number.

Domestic (USA)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.

International USPS First Class / Priority Mail

Standard delivery time is 3-6 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

Brokenpromisesco.com is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. International Shipping with Fedex

Standard delivery time is 1-3 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. If you would like tracked shipping on international orders, please choose Fedex as your delivery option.

Missing or Undelivered Package (USPS)

We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact USPS and refer to your tracking number. Broken Promises is not responsible for re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your USPS package is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with USPS for missing mail using this link.  

If your package was undeliverable, and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at brokenpromisesco.com However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Tie Dyes

Due to the nature of different dye and wash processes that may be used on our products, we recommend washing by hand any tie dye or washed garments, especially for the first wash. We are not responsible for any bleeding, fading or transfer of dye colors.
