Shipping Time
We ship from multiple different locations and you may receive more than one package. Please check each product page for estimated shipping times. Items marked FAST SHIPPING will process within 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays) and ship within 1-3 days within the US and 0-2 weeks internationally. Some items have adjusted transit times as marked on the product page. If you have not received tracking after 1 week of your shipment confirmation (USA), please notify orders@brokenpromisesco.
Couriers do not pick up our packages on weekends or holidays.
Shipping process
When your order is packed up, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email. When you receive this email, it means your order is in a box and ready to go, it does NOT mean your package has left the building. Your tracking will show "Pre-Transit." All couriers pick up Monday-Friday at unspecified times. If your order was packed up on a Friday, it might not leave our building until the next pick up the following Monday.
Please note, during NOVEMBER-DECEMBER, we have high order volume, and your package might take a bit longer to leave our building, as it is waiting in line to get on a truck.
Brokenpromisesco.com is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Shipping to GERMANY with USPS
In GERMANY, the item will first reach Frankfurt Airport and unfortunately WILL NOT transmit tracking information back to the original tracking number and will not show further movement within your country, but it is still on it's way to you. The item will show Frankfurt for another 2-4 weeks and then arrive randomly. You may be responsible for paying customs fees before the item is released. If you have any questions you should contact your local postal service. In some cases a shipment can take a total of up to 6 weeks. Please email us if you have not received your package after 6 weeks. For faster, fully tracked shipping, you can choose Fedex as your ship method at checkout.
International Shipping with Fedex
Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. If you would like tracked shipping on international orders, please choose Fedex as your delivery option.
Missing or Undelivered Package (USPS)
We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact USPS and refer to your tracking number. Broken Promises is not responsible for re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your USPS package is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with USPS for missing mail using this link. Please send us proof that you filed a claim for missing mail and if you still have not retrieved your package after 72 hours of it being marked delivered, or USPS notifies you that the package has been lost, we will assist you with getting a replacement item.
If your package was undeliverable, and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.

Gift with Purchase Items
Gift with Purchase is is a program which allows you to claim free exclusive items with a minimum purchase. During check out, if you have added the minimum spend to your cart, a pop-up will show you reward items that are available. Minimum spend required is before taxes and shipping. Free items are limited to one per customer. Free items cannot be exchanged. If a free item is out of stock, you will be given another similar item of equal value. In some cases, these Clout Reward items may be direct linked or "found" on our website with a price of $0.00 and may appear available for purchase, however, if you purchase these free items without spending the minimum amount, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations on orders. To prevent and reduce fraudulent purchases, we are unable to change the shipping address or payment method after an order has been placed. Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed, and items cannot be removed or added to your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items for free within 30 days.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at brokenpromisesco.com however, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Tie Dyes
Due to the nature of different dye and wash processes that may be used on our products, we recommend washing by hand any tie dye or washed garments, especially for the first wash. We are not responsible for any bleeding, fading or transfer of dye colors. Any tie dyed, garment dyed, mineral dyed or pigment dyed items have been put though a wash process which gives them a customized color and softness. This wash process may cause the fabric of the garment to weaken slightly so we recommend that any machine wash be on low heat and tumble dry low to prevent damage to these items.
