We gladly accept returns and exchanges within a 30 day window from the original purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition, and packaging that you received it. Some goods may be exempt from being returned such personal care products and perishables. Phone cases and home goods (room) are non-returnable. A return can only be initiated (1) one time per each original order number. Sorry, we do not accept a double return (returning an item that you received by exchange.) Due to the speed at which our warehouse ships orders out, we cannot confirm address changes or order cancellations, but please send us an email if you need to change something, and we will do our best to catch it.
We ship to most countries outside of the USA. Please note that you may be charged additional duty fees depending on the regulations in your country.
Most domestic orders (within the USA) arrive in 1-5 business days. International order time may vary depending on destination, but usually take about 1 week to arrive with DHL.
We don't currently offer a sponsorship program, but we support people who support us. If you tag us wearing Broken Promises, we may repost your content or accept a collaborative post. If your post gets high engagement, we may reach out to you about other opportunities.
